Rubrel checks incoming contracts against your playbook, marks the risky clauses and drafts the fix. You decide what changes.
Customer shall pay each invoice within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Overdue amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
This Agreement renews automatically for successive three (3) year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days before the end of the current term.
Vendor’s aggregate liability arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Customer’s liability under this Agreement shall not be limited.
Vendor may use Customer Data to improve its products and services, including to train machine-learning models.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the courts of Toronto have exclusive jurisdiction.
